Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

This Subscription Terms and Billing Disclosure ("Disclosure") governs the subscription and billing terms for Pro and Enterprise plans offered by CamachoBrandLV (Sole Prop) ("we", "us", "our") through the ResumeFlowAI Service (the "Service").

1. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Pro Plan: $29 per month, or $24 per month when billed annually ($288 per year). Includes unlimited resume scans, 25+ templates, AI suggestions, keyword matching, cover letter generator, and job application tracker.
• Enterprise Plan: $99 per month, or $79 per month when billed annually ($948 per year). Includes all Pro features plus API access, SSO, team management, custom branding, white-label reporting, and 24/7 priority support.

2. Billing Frequency

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from the date of signup. Annual plans are billed once per year on the anniversary of your signup date.

Your billing date will be the same day each month (or year) as your initial subscription date. If that date does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.

3. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee using the payment method on file.

We will send a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date for annual subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, you will receive a receipt email after each successful charge.

4. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings under Billing. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period.
• At the end of your billing period, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.
• Your data (resumes, job applications, settings) will be preserved but may be subject to Free tier limits.

5. Payment Method

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed in USD.

If your payment method fails or is declined, we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to Free.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase prices, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

If you are on an annual plan, your current annual rate is locked in until your next renewal, at which point the new rate will apply.

7. Free Trial

Pro and Enterprise plans may include a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all plan features. You will not be charged during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

8. Downgrades

You may downgrade from Enterprise to Pro, or from Pro to Free, at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a partial refund for the current period.
