We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise subscription billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund by contacting support@resumeflowai.co.
This guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, but may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

The Free tier is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable to the Free tier as there is no charge. Free tier users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
