This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the refund and cancellation terms for subscriptions and purchases made through the ResumeFlowAI Service (the "Service") operated by CamachoBrandLV (Sole Prop) ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise subscription billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund by contacting support@resumeflowai.co.

This guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, but may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • First-cycle guarantee: Full refund within 14 days of your first Pro or Enterprise payment.
  • Technical failure: If the Service was materially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period due to our fault, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
  • Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error on our part.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
  • Downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle
  • Free tier usage (the Free tier has no cost and therefore no refund applies)

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings under Billing. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period.
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier at the end of your billing period.
  • Your data will be preserved but may be subject to Free tier limits.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of the charge you are disputing
  • Any relevant supporting documentation

Submit refund requests to support@resumeflowai.co. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable to the Free tier as there is no charge. Free tier users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
